To quench the thirst today, we decided to enjoy the Silver Needle Pekoe from last year. The aroma is still well preserved after a year, from dried meadow to floral, with a touch of bamboo scent as well.
A white porcelain gaiwan is the best tool to brew this tea, which could perfectly show its original flavour and fragrance.
