Heaven Pool Oolong is a premium grade oolong which comes from the Fu Shou Shan Farm at the altitude around 2,500-2,600m located at Li Shan area in Taiwan.
There is a Heaven Pool garden on the top of the mountain where the weather is very cold, the air is very scarce and insolation duration is short. It leads to slow growth of tea leaves, thus preserving more nutrients.
